ACSI launches ACSI Awards for campsites
This year, campsite specialist ACSI is organising the ACSI Awards for the very first time in history. Several awards will be presented in different countries. Everyone in Europe can vote for their favourite campsite. The award ceremony will follow in April.
“We are putting outstanding campsites in the spotlight. Campers vote for their favourite campsites, and ACSI then shares these with millions of other European camping enthusiasts who are looking for an unforgettable holiday. At the same time, campsites can show their potential guests that they guarantee an unforgettable holiday,” explains Ramon van Reine, CEO of ACSI.
Award ceremony in different countries
“Different people want different things from a campsite. That’s why we have chosen different categories. One camper enjoys nature and tranquillity, the other wants as much entertainment as possible on the campsite. Campers can now vote in the category in which the campsite really excels,” says Van Reine. ACSI has chosen the following categories.
- Greatest little campsite
- Most dog-friendly campsite
- Best location for a campsite
- Most beautiful campsite pool
- Best cycling and walking campsite
- Best campsite restaurant
- Best motorhome pitches
- Best campsite entertainment
Campers choose their favourite campsite in each category. After the voting period, a winner in each category will be chosen per country. “So we’ll know the greatest little campsite in France, but also in Croatia and Denmark,” Van Reine says. “Great inspiration for your upcoming camping holiday.”
Voting starts now
Voting is possible from 20 December 2021 to 20 March 2022 and ACSI will raffle off some great prizes among those who vote. “That way it is not only campsites that win, but voters, too,” Van Reine says. The winners of the coveted ACSI Awards will be announced in April.
