ACSI Awards 2025

Campers decide the winners of the ACSI Awards 2025

Following the festive presentation of the Austrian ACSI Awards 2025 during the Camping Gipfel in Graz, camping specialist ACSI has now announced the winners in the other countries as well. Camping Castlerigg Hall, located in Keswick in the Lake District, was voted by campers as the best campsite in the United Kingdom.

Campers from all over Europe cast their votes en masse over the past few months to select their favourite campsites across nine different categories – including ‘nicest campsite for children, ‘best campsite for cycing’, ‘best location’, and ‘best campsite restaurant’. In 24 countries, an overall winner was also chosen in the ‘best campsite’ category. From Ireland to Greece and from Finland to Portugal. For the first time, an ACSI Award was also presented in Albania.

British and Irish winners

Camping specialist ACSI presented the ACSI Awards for the fourth consecutive year. In the United Kingdom and Ireland, Camping Castlerigg Hall(United Kingdom) and Ballinacourty House C&C Park (Ireland) were chosen as the best campsites in their countries. Just like the other winners, the campsites receive a stylish ACSI Award and a certificate. You can find a complete overview of the British and Irish winners below:

Dedicated campsite owners

Earlier this month, ACSI CEO Ramon van Reine personally presented the ACSI Awards to the winners in Austria, where Erlebnis Resort Aufenfeld was crowned as the best campsite. “We are only organising this election for the fourth time, and it is fantastic to see that so many enthusiastic campers from all over Europe are casting their votes. In doing so, we are able to shine a spotlight on many dedicated campsite owners across no fewer than 24 countries with an ACSI Award,” said Van Reine. Last year, a central award ceremony was organised for all Benelux winners; this year, Austria had the honour.
